This conflict is becoming bigger, because of some factors that are consequences of others, and if the countries that are involved in this conflict do not cut the roots that have bring it up, its never going to end.

There are many factors that helped the development of this conflict. It is not just one cause that made occurred this conflict that had bring the world down, there are many. According to Katzman (2000), the first one was in the time before Jesus, when the Israelites started to conquer and settle the "land of Canaan”and Israel was split up into two kingdoms. Here is where the real conflict began. After this, these countries began fighting. One of the causes is the different religions they have, making those countries be in continuous disagreement. Other causes are the fighting because of territory that Israel wants to take from Palestine, the creation of Israeli’s state and the fight for natural resources the water and petroleum.

Because of continuous problems, The United States decided to join with Israel and put soldiers in that territory to fight with the opponents, but that caused mayors problems.

The causes of this global problem are many , but are more the consequences that had brought , that we can not imagine , in all the world. This problem is ending many lives an example of this is the 911 and the pictures that an Australian news paper show to the world about detainees in Iraq , but those are still being abused , according to Waller. This conflict is very difficult to explain , because has a lot of causes that make him diversified and complicated but there are some causes that are the most important as is the fight for territory, the creation of the state of Israel , the religious differences and petroleum . But the causes are not the important thing. The most important thing is that this conflict has to stop because is ending with all the human rights that “everyone has to follow” and is ending with a big percent of the population. As many people says “No one knows what is going to happen after, but this conflict seems like a never-ending problem. Only the time can tell the course and the ending of this conflict.”

A STORY ABOUT AN AUSTISTIC

Nowadays the quantity of sick people is getting bigger and is ending with everyone. People are dying because of cancer or cerebral problems, but these kind of sicknesses appears normally when people are getting old. I know a sickness that the person who has it born with that kind of problem. That sickness doesn’t permit being a normal person and living or enjoying life like many others. That sickness is called autism.

According to The National Autistic Society, autism is a psychiatric disorder of childhood characterized by marked deficits in communication and social interaction, preoccupation with fantasy, language impairment, and abnormal behavior, such as repetitive acts and excessive attachment to certain objects. This is what my little cousin called Ryan has.

He was born in 1993 in United States at the Jackson hospital in Miami, surrounded by all his family including me. He was totally blonde with beautiful and big blue eyes, all the family was incredible happy watching that new member of the family that had born. My aunt was really proud of herself because of that wonderful child she had created. Apparently everything was happiness, but when the years came, my aunt started to realize some strange things. Ryan, at the age of two years, didn’t say a word and didn’t look at her at the eyes. Obviously she took him right away to a doctor, and she began to tell him the strange things that he was doing. The doctor said immediately that he has to do some tests on Ryan because that wasn’t normal. The same day Ryan was taken to a special center in Broward to figure out what he had. When the tests were already taken and the results were ready the doctor called her in a soft and sweet voice. When the doctor asked her to sit down, he began to tell her the results. He told her that my precious and beautiful cousin was autistic. She was like in a shock because she didn’t that know what that was, but the doctor explained to her about that sickness. She couldn’t believe that her son has that kind of problem because he was so beautiful and she thought that her son was totally normal. Immediately she listened that, she began to cry. In that moment I thought that all was over that the happiness that we had when he was born was just over. All the family was very sad and my aunt was devastated. She started to being anxious and depressed.
After that happened, my aunt looked for a job to find a distraction but there was a problem. The job that she found she has to work at least 12 hours per day that make her rich, but there was a problem. She abandoned her son in a world of loneliness surrounded by walls and this caused that Ryan does not get better.

With the passing of days, Ryan began to get worse, so she decided to take Ryan to a special school, so he began to study at an special school and then in a normal one but with a special person that help him in all that he has to do. That didn’t work. She didn’t see any result. My aunt asked for a government help to start therapy, but the therapy was too expensive and she couldn’t afford that because each section cost a thousand dollars it was like 4000 per week. That was extremely expensive so she asked for help, but the government didn’t help her to pay the therapy. She called my mom crying and concerned to ask her for advice and she told her that in Colombia the therapy is cheaper than in United States and is also very good, so my aunt decided to leave my uncle alone in the house in Florida to live for a few years in Colombia while Ryan got better.

Now she is here and Ryan is studying in a special school for that kind of kids because the most of the people that live here doesn’t know about that kind of sickness and just laugh of him making him to feel bad so he is trying to improve himself with the help of the family who loves him, as I do. The teachers who are teaching him how to be a normal person with the help of therapy with animals like horses and psychologist that take care of him and love him like a son, but I think that what makes Ryan to get better is the company and love of all of us his family. I have to be patient with him because if his own family doesn’t love him, who is going to love him?

GREEN MARKETING

Nowadays, the quantity of people is increasing and in a direct way the development of the productive sectors .These sectors are being developed in order to satisfy the needs of a big population, but all that economic world has a full-size problem, which causes a direct influence on the environment in which we live, collaborating for its destruction. This contamination is the worry of many people, and because of that the government of each country is taking measure to stop or diminish this phenomenon, pressuring the large industries, that are the main sources of contamination, to take immediate measures. One of these measures is green marketing.

Green marketing is a proposal that the productive sectors take for diminish the contamination created by themselves; including ecologically safer products, recyclable and biodegradable packaging, energy-efficient operations, and better pollution controls. Advances produced from green marketing include packaging made from recycled paper, phosphate-free detergents, refillable containers for cleaning products, and bottles using less plastic according to Silva (2000). One of the countries that need this kind of market is China.
China is living a difficult situation because of the contamination of the big companies that are pouring their waste into the rivers. Because of that, many animals die every day. The people that live on the edge of the river do not have food and or a work, because the majority of people that lives in that kind of places works as a fisherman. China has 40% of the rivers of the world and is the first producer of fish, but this it is not going to last long, if the world continues that way, China will have a shortage of food.

There are many companies that take that kind of measures. For example, Windbond is a company from Taiwan that is dedicating to make research for the creation of high technology products for a better use of natural resources. Another example is Johnson & Johnson Company that worries about diminishing wastes. Another example is Xerox that is making paper that can be recycled. Those are greats examples, but at the same time at these companies there are many others doing the same job.

Now consumers have become more conscious of the natural environment, according Silva (2000), businesses are beginning to modify their own thoughts and behavior in an attempt to address the concerns of consumers. Green marketing is becoming more important to businesses because of the consumer’s genuine concerns about our limited resources on Earth. By implementing green marketing measures to save the earth’s resources in production, packaging, and operations, businesses are showing consumers they too share the same concerns, boosting their credibility. These kinds of consumers are enlarging every day. For example, in Latin America 75% of the population requires products that come from companies that support or practice green marketing. These consumers are called green consumers, which have to spend their money on green products.

Green marketing is very important and a good option to diminish the contamination of the world. That is why is so necessary put it into practice and tell all the people that we are authorized to require a product that does not cause damage to the environment, by the contrary that collaborate to its improvement. The only thing that is missing is the collaboration of all of us to help to make this world a better one, with more development in all the sectors and less contamination. This is the measure that the productive sectors have to take if they really want a better world.

SOURCES

SILVA, Harold .Green Marketing, Pensamiento y Gestión ,8.Universidad Del Norte, Barranquilla.
